Apparently uppercase is allowed, after all.

FreeBSD% pkg search shellcheck
hs-ShellCheck-0.7.2_1          Shell script analysis tool

So why not have the properly capitalized x11-fm/helloDesktop-Filer?

(In helloSystem, names beginning with uppercase are for GUI applications, whereas lowercase names are for CLI tools.)
