There is no sunlight on the terrain, some plants are missing. Also the textures are stretched in a strange way. See these photos for better understanding:

I noticed also that shadows in jsettlers are not as blurred as in the original Settlers III. They need to be more blurred. Otherwise it looks strange in cases when the terrain is very wavy:

Here is a comparison of Settlers III History Edition and JSettlers: Settlers III History Edition:
JSettlers:
You can see the "problem" with shadows for terrain height in JSettlers, they are not as smooth as in S3.
Some buildings disappeared when I ported the map to JSettlers, and some rocks as well. Buildings (and probably objects) in JSettlers seem to take more space than these in S3.
Colours of Players in JSettlers are darker (in my opinion uglier).
Another thing I noticed is that the beach has a wrong texture:
JSettlers uses the same one that is used for building place.
