Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumb (1 sleeve of crackers)
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (pure milk chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). In 13x9 pan, melt butter. Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Mix together and press into bottom of pan. Layer coconut, chocolate chips, and marshmallows over crust. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over all. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Drizle with melted chocolate (or caramel sauce). Cool completely.
NOTE: Bake crust, coconut and chocolate chips first at 350F for 15 min. Then add marshmallows and condensed milk for 15 min.
To melt chocolate for drizzling:
- In glass bowl, place 3 tbsp of half n' half + 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- Defrost 20 sec + stir
- Defrost another 20 sec + stir
- Drizzle with tablespoon
- Or if above seems to produce too much.... 1 tbsp half n' half
