- 1-2 bags of Brussels Sprouts (like from Wegmans)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut each sprout in half
- Toss all sprouts in olive oil
- Lay all sprouts on the baking sheet
- Season with salt and pepper
- Roast for 35-40 minutes
