Baked Sweet Potatoes

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 425F
Wrap pan with aluminum foil
Pierce each potato with a knife several times and place on pan
Roast for 45-60 minutes (longer depending on done-ness) - pierce with fork to see if done or not
