- 1 lb frozen Haddock filets
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1-2 tbsp butter, cut in small squares
- 1 lemon
- Mayonnaise
- Relish
For baking from frozen:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Lay out 1 lb of filets on a pan covered with foil that is sprayed with cooking spray
- Mix together spices in a small bowl
- Spread spices out on to filets
- Dot the filets with little squares of butter
- Put in oven for ~35 min. Keep checking until temperature is at least 145F
- Mix relish and mayonnaise to make tartar sauce
- Cut lemon into wedges to serve as garnish
