Build 1.4.2 of the DHCPServer installer. What's new:
- targets .NET 4.8
- Support for option 3 (Router/Gateway),
- Support for option 6 (DomainNameServer)
- Support for option 42 (NetworkTimeProtocolServers)
- Fixed typo in ReservationConfiguration (Preemt ->Preempt)
