Integrate Clipper with "Obsidian Advance URI"

Lot of the bugs and features for the clipper can be addressed by integrating with the "Obsidian Advance URI" plugin. It has a lot of feature. Allowing the clipper to build advance uri link will greatly enrich the clipper extension.

Just make the clipper defined variables available and use with custom url path supported by the plugin. Users can define the url themselves as MVP1 using the plugins documents.
