Replacer doesn't work on some text combinations #156

Hi, tnx for a great tool!

I'm experiencing some difficulties in several text combinations such as this one:
sfsdfsdfdfsderwerw:innocent::innocent:

In my case, the 2nd 😇 is replaced and emojified, but the 1st "😇" remains as a string.

Any ideas? workaround?

Same here, emoji between two words not working.
