Job Description

1. Build up best advertising tools for internal and external users.
2. Develop and operate backend systems related to data access, collection, processing and storage.
3. Responsible for laying the foundation for the platform as well as proposing solutions to ease software development, monitoring of software, etc.
4. Performance tuning and capacity planning.
5. Process optimization and workflow automation.
6. Monitor and handle events of production system.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in coding, data structures, algorithms
2. Experience in Database (MongoDB, SQL) is a must
3. Experience in Python is a plus
4. Experience in Git is a plus
5. Experience in web service and unix-based environment is a plus
6. Experience in ETL is a plus
7. With github account is a plus
8. Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment
9. Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment and juggle many tasks and projects
10. Eagerness to change the world in a huge way by being a self-motivated learner and builder
