User profile Setup

As mentioned here, on the frontend repo,
We have the following plans:

• Ability to let users upvote or downvote a stack
• Have moderators who would add stacks and companies to our database thereby helping us with growing the database .

Considering the above, we will start with a user profile.
It can be simple: a profile picture, name , and any social link will be fine (LinkedIn, GitHub, bihance, etc ) ..
