How to define services

Hi Josh
Can you let me know how to define the CUPS services that are specified in the manifest.yml
These are the services

1. config-service
2. eureka-service
   I am able to deploy these bootable-apps in OSS CF, but the discovery and config does not work.
   It's because I did not know how to define config-service and eureka.
   I tried to use cf cups config-service -p "url" - and give the deployed-app-url, but this does not work.
