Not working on specific Characters

My bigdebuff addon wont come up on my DK, however on another character pally, there is no problem? Haven't touch settings or made any changes that could explain it.
On my Pally all the debuff/cc comes up above characters, and on my DK I just can't get them up?

From the begining i tww there was no problem up until yesterday.

PLease help, arena/pvp is impossible without
