Ability to Drag and Drop Items/Abilities out of Sheet

While currently you can drag items into the NPC sheet, it would be nice to have a way to drag them back out, as currently you have to change the NPC sheet to the default one, drag things out, and revert.

I'm not actually sure why dragging out of the sheet won't work...
