Abilitu fer redactor to pin an article, in the publish article from the front-end + custom publish menu ?

i made a menu from the front end, to write and publish article.
this menu is only available to redactors and admin.

but, there's something strange.
if i'm logged in with my user, having admin privileges, when i write an article, in the publish options, i can pin the article.
users from redactors group don't have this option.

how can i give them permission to pin articles ?

2nd question, how can i custom the Publish tab from the font-end, to remove some options (like Tags, or Rightaccess to the articles, ...)

just found out i miss fixing group right in system > global configuration > articles > rights
