Customizable templates

Hello,
I ask for a feature of customizable templates colors, border styles, and text fonts via backend. Probably in 4.1. Its not a must for templates to rewrite some parts, it can be done as an extending possible template new features.
Also I want to ask what do you think of this library:

you can use more libraries, create an editor for them for more customization options, which will be a step ahead of WordPress
