IBM IoT MessageSight v5 Demos

Using docker containers

External LDAP

The IBM IoT MessageSight server can be configured to use an External LDAP server to authenticate messaging users and groups. Messaging users and groups can be authorized by system and messaging administrators to publish, and subscribe to topics.

Demo Environment details

To showcase this use case, following docker containers and test clients are used:

  • imaserver (IBM IoT MessageSight server container)
  • openldap (OpenLDAP server container)
  • ms-mqtt-java-sample
