I believe I meant to request this feature before, but forgot. It would be a nice feature to allow assembly of packed ASCII, preferably in either little or big endian. The first and ninth bits would always be zero, because ASCII characters are 7 bits.
I know you won't have time to address this until later in July, but I wanted to request it before I forgot, again. Thanks ^.^
