COVID – 19 brought to much burden to Teachers and Student. Because of the pandemic classes are implemented in an online classroom setup which is a big struggle to both students and teachers. The biggest problem that they are facing is miscommunication sometimes students do not understand the teacher’s / professor’s instruction or announcements which results to many private messages of students to teachers to make clarifications.
