The adjudicator works... for the most part. There are still a few skipped tests and some very messy code. I have stubbed out an algorithm based on this article http://uk.diplom.org/pouch/Zine/S2009M/Kruijswijk/DipMath_Chp4.htm which i think is a simpler approach to adjudicating. We should probably finish the approach laid out in algo.py.
