I tried the Audirvana Plus trial and I really liked the ability to set a
maximum volume level.
Though the free version of Audirvana is absolutely incredible (it's my primary
music-playing program), I would like to see this same volume-limiting option.
I can't tell you how many times I've used the Apple Macbook's volume-up media
key to turn up the volume, only to have it increase waaay too much due to the
lack of subtle volume adjustment options in Audirvana. In Audirvana Plus,
having the volume-limiting option allowed a much more controlled/fine-tuned
volume adjustment.
Anyway, that's my $0.02 about a feature I would like to see in a future update.

May I reiterate this issue?
Here are the volume settings for each press of the volume up key on my Macbook.
-infinite dB
-23 dB
-16 dB
-12 dB
-9 dB
-7 dB
-5 dB
-3 dB
-2 dB
-1 dB
0 dB
The first 3 volume increments are ridiculous. Is there any way to decrease this
volume difference? It gets really tedious having to adjust the volume by 1 or 2
dB with the tiny volume slider in Audirvana Free.
I have been evaluating Audirvana this week and wish it leveraged this feature.
I would like to be able to hold down SHIFT and OPTION to change volume in 1dB
increments.
