Safari issue: "Failed to load resource : frame load interrupted"

Seeing this error in console only on Safari browser. "Failed to load resource : frame load interrupted".

Also, in addition to the above error, "Although file is downloaded, the response is not available in network tab", identified this because, the cookie was changed from the server to expire, and in the safari since the response is not available cookie validation fails and checkFileDownloadComplete validates forever as there is setTimeout happens every time.
