SDL AOA Multiplexing

A POC for using USB connection via router service for multiplexing.

Using this app as the host of the AOA connection it can be seen that other SDL apps can leverage the AOA conneciton as well. Take note that the author had to create a customization in the default SDL USB transport to be able to write out a byte array. This is a simple modifcation that can be made to the included USB transport.
