The latest version of DarkId.Papyrus.DebugServer.Fallout4.dll causes the game to CTD when you load a save. Removing this file or rolling back to the previous version both fix the CTDs

Can you post the debug server logs from the Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE directory?

Hmmmm. It might be conflicting with one of the mods that you're using (you seem to be using a bunch). Try this: turn off all the F4SE mods (listed below) except for debug server, and if that fixes the problem, start turning them on one-by-one to see which one is conflicting. I suspect it may be Buffout4, so try that one first.

	AutoBeam.dll v1
	BakaFramework.dll
	BetterConsole.dll
	BodyPartsUI.dll v1
	Buffout4.dll v1.24.5
	BulletCountedReload.dll
	crafting_highlight_fix.dll
	DarkId.Papyrus.DebugServer.Fallout4.dll v3.1.0.1
	enbhelperf4.dll v1
	ENBInputDisabler.dll v1
	faster_workshop.dll
	FloatingDamage.dll
	GCBugFix.dll v1
	HighFPSPhysicsFix.dll
	hudextension.dll
	mcm.dll
	MODExplorer.dll
	NoLockpickActivate.dll
	NoScrollwheelPOVChange.dll
	po3_SpellPerkItemDistributorF4.dll v2
	ShadowBoostFO4.dll
	SprintStutteringFix.dll
	UnlimitedSurvivalMode.dll
	WeaponDebrisCrashFix.dll

also, can you put this pdb for fallout4 in your game directory? This will get us better crashlogs with better stacktraces:
