Hi,

It seems that the RefreshResourceBundleCommand isn't implemented?
Any chance that this can be done?
It's a bit of a crucial functionality for us.

I made something quick:
#765

Maybe not the most elegant but at least I can use the Refresh Resource Bundle(s) now.
