Problem with list of listings

Hello, a friend of mine is having trouble with the list of listings.

First, it didn't appear on the table of contents, so we added

\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{\lstlistlistingname}

Now it appears on the table of contents but it goes to the list of tables and the document still has this problem:

On the second page of the list of listings, it shows "list of tables" at top. What should she do so that this second page style is empty and the hyperlink on the table of contents goes to the right page?

She is using TexMaker and Tex Live.
