Support for Bootstrap 3

Hi

I should gratitude for your unique and remarkable job for giving RTL support to Bootstrap. As you know Bootstrap 3 has been published (under RC), I just want to inquire if you are about to work on it too?

@alidehghan @vahid-sohrabloo Hi, thanks for your appreciation. As I told to rbootstrap's fans, I can't maintenance anymore rbootstrap and I need a hand. An Israeli developer volunteers to help for RTLing rbootstrap 3.0 and It should be good a Persian developer volunteers to translate the docs.

@alidehghan @vahid-sohrabloo I've created a new repo for rboostrap 3.0. It's great to start translate docs to persian. You can use previous translation docs, too. It's so easy, just start with one file in _layouts/, _includes/ or in main directory. Then send me a pull request to merge it with the rbootstrap project.

Have you see this twbs#9913, as it seems the RTL will be part of Bootstrap 3.1

If you want to have updated bootstrap with RTL support you can use https://github.com/morteza/bootstrap-rtl/issues.
I have not seen any bootrap with Persian translation ( Do you really need them ?! )

@iHMahmoodi Hi, I haven't seen any translation but rbootstrap.ir which I did. But It is for the version 2 and I don't have time to translate the version 3.
FYI, I translate some of the files in the version 3 but it's incomplete. Here's you can find it https://github.com/jnaqsh/rbootstrap
@afattahi54 have you seen rbootstrap.ir? In computer programming, documentations is very important and it doesn't matter in what languages are.
