Leaving settings.py and manage.py in the top level may cause issues with unresolved paths #44

Hi There,

Using pycharm with with a pip source pull will cause issues with the test runner because you have a settings file defined in the top level.

Please remove this file or place it in a test application directory if you neeed it.
