2.9 Launch Fails - Coding Error

Tested this on Moodle 2.9 and getting the below error message:

Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: textlib_get_instance() can not be used any more, please use core_text::functioname() instead.

@jtuttas you need to checkout the MOODLE_27_STABLE branch of this plugin - the master branch is for 2.2 to 2.6 doesn't really make sense but thats the way it is.
