PHP 8.2: Creation of dynamic property is deprecated in blocks/configurable_reports/report.class.php #236

When I load a page like the Dashboard in Moodle 4.3 with PHP 8.2, I see the following deprecation notices:

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property report_sql::$config is deprecated in /blocks/configurable_reports/report.class.php on line 50

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property report_sql::$currentcourseid is deprecated in /blocks/configurable_reports/report.class.php on line 50

I will be submitting a pull request for this issue.
