We do a poor job including data from earlier parts of the document.

An example is when doing Foyle evaluation we run a lot of sqlite queries
These commands need the path of the database
The path is often available in queries that were run earlier in the notebook
However we don't include enough of the context to include prior cells with those values to inform the LLM
