keep multiple audio streams and subtitles embedded in mkv

Current Behavior

Trying to convert h265 to h264 formats. Only keeps one english audio stream and doesn't keep embedded subtitles.

Are there environment variables I'm missing.

I don't think there is an existing preset that does what you need. But you can edit/create one and adjust it for you need.
