I am trying to get this script to shutdown the system on auto conversion completion. The system is Proxmox with one Docker, Handbrake.

The SSH command is to shutdown the host. It works if executed on its own but not in the script.

I have narrowed down the problem to being unable to pass the ssh key or password into the docker container.

OK worked it out. In the docker you need to install openssh and sshpass
This line will close the host down on auto conversion completion:

sshpass -p MyPassword ssh -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no [email protected] /usr/sbin/poweroff

No doubt insecure, there will be better solutions.
