Improve formatting in the gallery

Gallery pages are currently presented as a list of image cards.

  • Add captions and section headers
  • Play with border-radius on cards
  • Look at simplifying HTML

The card-columns Bootstrap class has been broken since the upgrade to Bootstrap 5.

I have no intention to fix the gallery and it will be removed in upcoming PRs
