Unable to Update Contacts - NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=134092

Hi, I've been using this tool for years. It is really helpful and saved me loads of time. Recently it stopped working and unable to update the contacts. The error output is:

CoreData: error: Unhandled error occurred during faulting: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=134092 "(null)" ({
})

I'm on macOS Ventura 13.1, clang V14.0.0. I guess it might be the entitlements issue, but I'm not quite sure how it should be fixed.
