Error running VAMP_database.feature.pl

Hi,
I have run into an error when running the following:
perl ./VAMP_database.feature.pl
Use of uninitialized value $end in join or string at ./VAMP_database.feature.pl line 78, <$reader> line 54314339.

I have checked that it successfully downloads the uniprot_sprot.xml.gz file (md5sum correct) but that is as far as it gets before this error.

It is likely that your Perl version and required Perl libraries are missing. Can you check again?
