Take a look on our dashboard, maybe it will be good for a starting point (renamed to TXT because GitHub doesn't support JSON attachments).

There have two important metrics:

Message Lag by Group : sum(kafka_burrow_partition_lag) by (group)
Consumer per by Group : sum(rate(kafka_burrow_partition_current_offset[1m])) by (group)

You can use it in your grafana.
