After installing HKI none of my old themes are available, only the HKI ones.... Is there any way to have both ?

Well the only way would be to select the theme inside your profile settings (though you will have to do that for each device).

I believe that it is possible to force a theme upon a user via browser_mod but I am not entirely sure.

Sorry how HKI currently stands it is the only way. I will surely update the project to better suit this in the future, but I have no idea when that will be.
