【优化】1.4.0版本待优化配置 #334

是什么版本出现了此问题？

1.4.0

发生了什么？

更新到1.4.0后有些新增配置需要进行下优化

基本设置

外部资源地址输入框应当在设置外部资源的时候显示，选择默认的时候应该隐藏

轮播图

设置轮播图文章为热门文章不太对，最好单独做一个设置，然后和原来的设置做互斥

博主信息

展示天气信息设置应当删除了，api服务商已经于202405停止提供服务了

广告

不启用情况下别的设置应该不展示
