Can we make the new search feature exclude items outside of our website?

I just tried it for the first time - searching for "issues" and got external sites including issues on our template but not pages within the site where "issues" was referenced

The top 5 results are "sponsored" you have to scroll down to see the real results. I described that on the help page.

But I know it's not ideal. Need more time to see if there's a way we can pay to have that go away
