For whatever reason it appears Cantaloupe can't retrieve images from Drupal on the test cloud server.

I can't be sure it's only on test, but image are resolving in getting pulled into mirador via cantaloupe on the sandbox cloud server.

On the test server, going to view this item results in the OSD display being blank: https://test.digital.library.jhu.edu/node/2823
while watching the network information via developers tools in the browser, I noticed that the call to cantaloupe errors out, like so:

Using the same link and trying to run the cantaloupe uri directly results in this (link: https://test.digital.library.jhu.edu/cantaloupe/iiif/2/http%3A%2F%2Ftest.digital.library.jhu.edu%2Fsystem%2Ffiles%2F2021-12-14%2Fjhu_coll-0002_00778.jpg/info.json):

That file does exist and is accessible at this link: https://test.digital.library.jhu.edu//system/files/2021-12-14/jhu_coll-0002_00778.jpg

Really not sure why cantaloupe can't get it.

I thought it was related to this ticket, since some files had been re-ingested. However the link to the file cantaloupe is trying to get is perfectly fine and the correct one.

Here's an image on Sandbox that cantaloup there is able to retrieve: https://sandbox.digital.library.jhu.edu/node/1407, which is why I think this is only an issue on Test, but I'm not sure how things can be so different.

A reboot of the cantaloupe server on Test seems to have fixed the issue and images are resolving fine now.
