Robots carrying food will return to the nest and then specify the direction and
"quality" of the food source to other robots in the nest. This would be between
CRW and DPO in complexity, but might give nearly as good results as the more
complex DPO, and would be MUCH easier to develop a mathematical model for in the
future.
Just like real bees, the # of timesteps a robot will stay in the nest
broadcasting its direction/quality info proportional to the quality it is
broadcasting.
