Guess grid dimension from units and cf compliant attributes

It can be useful to extend the capacities of GridTypes so that it guesses the dimensions by inspecting the attributes of the data array. For example, if unit is Pa it could be a vertical coordinate.

However, we need to decide carefully how to go through this way since dimensions are different from coordinates and smmregrid is currently building in dimensions
