orbital parameters in most.x not used #2

Since NFIXORB is 0 by default for earth, the orbital parameters specified in most.x are actually not used since they are computed automatically. This may confuse users...

NFIXORB is among the parameters in most.x but it should change if exo or mars are chosen

This is being addressed in issue #9 . The second point seems to be already ok, so closing
