what scene did it work? Depends the readme,it seems that the server capture the desktop and encode H.264 stream ,then send to client?

Yes, that's exactly what it does. It's using the desktop duplication feature in Windows 8 to grab the screen data, encodes it as H264 and sends the encoded data over the network. The client only works on OS X as that was my only requirement at the time. It works fairly well for regular desktop applications but where it shines is for games, provided the game supports running in windowed mode.
