Often I write code and then when I go to build I realize I haven't started quicksync. On startup, quicksync should copy over any files with changes that are not committed.

I had this feature in the node version but I haven't added it to the golang version yet.

Mostly added by 424e499.

Copying untracked changes is still a todo though.
