Do I understand correctly that lorapipe should be described as a port with 'pipe' type with Taylor UUCP?
Sorry, it's not mentioned in the docs and is not quite obvious for me.

I think so -- I don't think I have my test config around anymore, but
yes, I think that's right: in the port config, type pipe, and then
command gives the lorapipe invocation.
