A new note for every clips?

I'm wondering if it's possible to add a new note for every clip. I may have two motivations for this:

1. Easier management of header levels.
   Currently we need to truncate the headers (i.e., h1 -> h2) as we need to make sure all the content is under the same section. One workaround is to make a separate note per clip and embed the note in the daily note (as we do for storing clippings per domain) so the structure of the daily note won't be messed up.

2. Better integration with Dataview.
   I'd like to use a separate note for a clip and add properties to the note (e.g., url, datetime), so that it's more convenient for Dataview to process. As a Dataview newbie, I'm not sure if list/task can do this but a page would be perfect.

It's also possible to expose domain to the template to list all clippings under this domain, but that's another topic.

I will think on this. I am working on finishing up the large 1.0 refactor.

I believe this is all doable.
