Swig (and others) need installing!

Hello.

Could you possibly add to your readme that the following need apt-get installing please, as per this article: https://learn.adafruit.com/neopixels-on-raspberry-pi/software

build-essential python-dev git scons swig

It was giving me errors on swig, as I had no clue what that was I was a little stumped, hopefully this will help others.

This issue is superseded by - rpi-ws281x/rpi-ws281x-python#2

Normal users should pip install rpi_ws281x, but the Python bindings still need instructions for developers.
