Confusion description for the -q flag

Describe the bug
The description for the -q flag is counter intuitive. It now reads like you have to pass the -q flag to write a deduplicated FastQ file, while -q is in fact to suppress writing the deduplicated FastQ files

Current description
-q write deduplicated FastQ files (type flag, default: enabled)

Suggested description
-q don't write deduplicated FastQ files (type flag, default: disabled)
